'98 Windstar - 5w-30 TropArtic & Motorcrap filter.

Not sure if I'll keep the Winny on 5w-30, or move to 10w-30 or 5w-20. I don't know if I can find TA 5w-20 at my local Wallys.

The last time I posted in this topic I was running different stuff so I'll update again.

In my 98 Corvette: PP 5w30, Wix oil filter
In my wife's 2000 Civic: Petro Canada Supreme 5w20, Wix filter

On the next oil change in the Civic I'm switching it to Canadian Tire's house brand Formula 1 5w20, which is made by Shell (and is most likely the identical formula)

Like Patman, I was running another product last time I posted, so here's an update:

2004 GMC Sierra, 5.3L V8 - GC Gold, 1 bottle of SLOB, NAPA Gold filter

Just installed some 75% Esso XD-3 20w20, 25% Tech2000 synthetic 0w30 in a Toyota 2.2L 5S-FE sludge monster.

PS- I've confirmed that 2 previous OCIs with Tech2000 Synthetic 0w30 has in fact removed layers of sludge and exposed clean metal underneath!

1996 Audi S6 2.2 TQ Avant - 5W-40 Fina First Synthetic - Mann oem filter
