What time do you wake up on Sunday morning?

I am every weekday at at 4:42, that is when my alarm is set. The weekends it just depends, but on Saturday and Sunday
usually between 7 and 9.

I am a morning person; I feel like it gives me a head start or extra time. In my career as a business programmer, I committed to due dates, but used early mornings for extra testing, review, preparation or whatever. Getting to work at 4:00 AM saved my bacon more than once.

Preponderance of very early risers responding to this thread. I sleep in on Sundays (8 - 9 am), especially dreary days like today. Even on work days I get up about 7 am.. While I do enjoy crisp, early morning hunting and fishing, I tend to be a night person.

0515-0530 every morning and go to bed around Midnight. Doing that for at least 50yrs. Retired and have not changed my habits.

Between 6:00 and 7:15. Earlier in the summer, later in the winter. I like to go for a six-mile run on the weekends, but wait until it gets light out. Sometimes, I get up earlier than I'd like, as I have a cat jumping on me reminding me that's she's ready for breakfast!

0500 on the dot. No alarm necessary. Out the door at 0700. I don’t NEED 2 hours to get out the door. I RELISH those two hours of solitude before the day intrudes.

Normally around 10AM, I was up until around 2AM last night, but had to get up at 8AM today for a 10:30 site visit.

I usually wake up at 4:45. I went to bed at 10:20 last night.
During the week, I'm up at 4:00 AM. I enter bed around 9:00 PM and counting sheep by 9:15 or-so.
Sat-Sun allows me to sleep much later. But it's rare where I'm not out-of-bed by 5:30 AM.

My body clock keeps fighting the weekend rest promotion I need at 72 years-young.
btw..... I never nap during the day. I think I've taken only 3-4 naps in all of my 72 years on earth.
Please don't ask what other planet I've been on - prior to earth.

We should start a somewhat-similar thread and find out how often during the night us-blood pressure medicine subscribers get up to visit the bathroom. My two BP medicines have varying amounts of water expellers in it. So I'm lucky to stay asleep for more than three hours at a time, prior to getting the urge to get out of bed and relieve myself.

I don't drink fluids that much either. My doctor always tells me annually that I am dehydrated from not drinking enough fluids.
So if I did enough fluids internally every day, I would be jogging to the bathroom sooner than three hours apart.....lol

The last couple of years I took a short nap whenever I got the chance. With caregiver duties a thing of the past, I'm still trying to get back to a normal sleep routine. Last night I slept from about 2 am to 9 am.

Getting up at 4am in the winter is my definition of depression. I much prefer waking up at first light. I try to time my bed time for enough sleep so I can be awake with the dawn.

If you lost a loved one recently, my condolences to you and wishing you a return to large smiles, this upcoming Holiday season
Thanks, it means a lot.

Both parents. Dad on 7/19/2023 from stage 4 kidney cancer and several other related issues. Mom from dementia/alzheimers and pneumonia complications on 8/22/2023.

They were amazing parents, and will be dearly missed.

Yep. It was 6 AM for me when I was working at a hospital.

Always felt like I was starting the Boston Marathon early before any runners showed up.

Early start sets the tempo for the ENTIRE day.
