what size tires is the speedometer on a 1990 toyota corolla 1.8 diesel calibrated to ?

I would like to know what size tires is a 1990 toyota corollas speedometer calibrated to? the owners manual speaks of two oem tire sizes: 165/80r13 and 175/70/r13?

There should be a placard/sticker that has the factory fitted tire size & loading information.

There is no placard on vehicle.

175/70x13 was the most common size on those, I'd go with that.
