What size sillcock to get?

I am on a well and getting house repiped from CPVC to copper. Am getting sillcocks replaced, too.

Right now sillcocks are on 1/2" water line. Hose sprayer pressure is fine but sprinkler water volume seems less than ideal (don't cover nearly the area they should).

Would it be helpful to have the sillcock supply lines be 3/4"?

Here are the sillcocks I am considering:

1/2": https://www.supplyhouse.com/Quarter...on-Ball-Valve-Frost-Proof-Sillcock-w-1-4-Turn

3/4": https://www.supplyhouse.com/Quarter...on-Ball-Valve-Frost-Proof-Sillcock-w-1-4-Turn

How large is the supply line from the well to the house? What is the output capacity of the well?

On irrigation systems a common practice/recommendation is to size up the supply line to the system to increase flow regardless of the main line size. Whether or not this would also apply to a hose bib I'm not sure.

It doesn't matter look at this info. Page 2 #21 look left the orifice is smaller than 1/2" copper. Running 40-60 lbs pressure booster pump. How many heads and their gpm?
That is not how a flowing medium through a restriction works. A small diameter for a short distance doesn't have much effect. A small diameter for a long distance has a great effect. To a point though.

He's feeding sprinkler system there's the longer pipe on the bib side. Think i understand Bernoulli's Principle but here you have a machine orifice with the valve assembly that could be as long as 8"-12" long then turning what 33°. What happen after the water passes thru the valve @ x number feet? Turbulence must go down, pressure must be the same as incoming except for the pressure drop thru valve.I've never seen published pressure drop thru a sil cock.

Ended up going just with the Woodford. Parts easily available and rebuildable. Plus, I tried emailing Quarter Ball some questions and their email address comes back undeliverable. Calling goes to voicemail right away. So customer service is non-existent.
