What oil is in your garage right now?

Nothing like the $20K inventory that **** in Falls Church keeps.

Just some cases of qts of ATF, 5W-30, 10W-30 and 75W-90 gear oil, 2 stroke oil and some grease - just common stuff for local neighbors, etc. Makes less than zero sense to ship the stuff - since Amsoil local warehouse shipping is so cheap.

For example: Amsoil Case shipping about $8. I take the same case to the PO, costs me over $20 to ship and I get a ration of hoo-hoo for my troubles.

About 3.5 quarts of M1 SS 10W-30 left in a 5 quart jug, for my del Sol.

8 quarts of Chevron Supreme 10W-30 for my girlfriend's SUV.

8 quarts of Valvoline 5W-30 dino, for no reason other than winning it at last year's Lone Pine Time Trials. I dip my drill bit in one of the quarts when drilling metal. I should do a UOA on that one. This year's Lone Pine Time Trials are this weekend, so we'll see if I come back with more oil!

1 quart of Honda Manual Transmission Fluid. The spec is for a little more than 2 quarts, but it started coming out the drain hole as we finished the second quart. I guess it didn't drain completely since the front end was lifted. The result is that I had a quart left over for next time.

I feel so... pathetic.

A case of Penzoil 10W-30 (it'll be 5W-30 in the winter).
A couple of odd quarts of Valvoline (that'll go in the wife's van).
A couple of very old quarts of Quaker State ATF (God knows what I'll do with that).
Some Pennzoil two-stroke oil.
Two jugs of Troy Bilt gear oil that I'm going to put in the rototiller one of these years.
Oh, and an untouched quart of Marvel Mystery Oil that I got on discount somewhere. I just love the graphics on that container.

Pretty sad state of affairs.

(going to run the mobil oils thru the Taurus this fall/winter in a mix of 3 quarts of M1 and 1.5 quarts of DC per change..)

30 qts of Valoline dino, different weights and most SH, SJ date

3 qts of M1 ATF
3 qts of Pennzoil 80-90w gear
3 qts of Pennzoil Sycromesh

6 oil filters for each of my cars. AC Delco PF-59 for my Chev truck and Motorcraft PF-400 for my Taurus. (I used Supertech for the taurus on the last 3 changes and oil seemed to stay cleaner longer..)

I think i can cover a few oil changes with out having to run down to the local store...
