My cruze is running a acdelco pf2257g. Can i run two 4k oci’s on this? Id change the Filter at 8k. Oil is pp in both cars. also my equinox is d.i. and im running a acdelco pf457g can i do the same 8k filter chnage on that, changing the oil at 4k. What do you guys think? And no i dont want to extend my oci. 4k oci lets me sleep at night. Also i dont want to do a uoa.

That filter should take 8K fine, especially if changing oil at 4K intervals - and your vehicles aren't very old so probably clean inside. What's the owner's manual say the OCI/FCI should be?

All I have used besides the actual Hengst … ran 6k to 8k OCI on many of them (over 100k on mine) and never saw the buckled pleats … I snap the cap on to the filter first …

I couldn't find a recommended OCI but this product description from the O'Reilly site may help you decide.

ACDelco Duraguard(R) Oil Filter
98% single-pass filtering efficiency at 25 to 30 microns for excellent filtering capabilities

Outstanding filter capacity, enhanced efficiency, consistent flow management and high durability design help provide exceptional filtering performance
Designed to withstand five times greater pressure than most engine oil after the oil reaches operating temperatures

If you're far from "severe" use then 8K isn't far off from the manual recomendation.

It can handle whatever OCI is calculated by the OLM

^^^^^^^This^^^^^^^^^^

Keep your receipts and the actual mileage when the OLM change appears and date / mileage, of when you last changed the oil and filter.
