That’s not rare. That’s raw.Filet Mignon - rare. I grew up on a beef cattle farm and would routinely eat uncooked steak growing up. Remove from the fridge, cut it up, and add a little salt.

I do love a good ribeye but older I get a need a nap after a steak feast . My favorite fish is fresh fresh water perch about 8 inches long . Lightly battered and fried .
