t-bone steak with sea salt is my favorite.

Filet mignon either didn't cook it right many times or I don't like the taste as much.

Will be following my old gym routine, full-body speed powerlifting, and sprints, so I need all the protein I can get.

Filet Mignon - rare. I grew up on a beef cattle farm and would routinely eat uncooked steak growing up. Remove from the fridge, cut it up, and add a little salt.

That’s not rare. That’s raw.

The nice thing about filet mignon is you can complete screw up cooking it and it is still good. I wouldn’t go out and buy one and intentionally try to screw it up but I have burnt a couple not paying attention and they were still tender.

I like sirloin tip and ribeye. When we get a beef, sirloin, ribeye, filet mignon and minute steaks are all I get for steak. Sometimes we get some others. I don’t like anything with a bone in it. Tbones are a waste of time that are hard to cook and eat and take up other good cuts of meat.

I do love a good ribeye but older I get a need a nap after a steak feast . My favorite fish is fresh fresh water perch about 8 inches long . Lightly battered and fried .

The breakfast steak is the most important steak of the day.

How do I like my steak? Next to my other steak.
