It's hard to find NOACK info, but one that comes to mind is SL rated Amsoil MCT Marine oil. 11.7 cst's and 4.8% NOACK. I presume you want lowest (best) NOACK instead of highest.

Why? The thickest generally means it will shear he most, verses a lighter formulae that stays in spec. The exception might be a Euro 30 weight that is designed for higher HT/HS specs.

I agree that M1 HM 10w-30 has super duper specs The 3.7 HTHS is key as is the -65 PP. Beats even Ams ATM - on paper

Right it's considered a strait 30w really,good for OPE.

valvoline maxlife full synthetic
11.7 100cst and its NOack is pretty low. i can't remember off the top of my head but it was one of the lowest. im thinking 6-7 percent

Out of curiosity, why are you looking for the thickest 10w-30? The reason I'm asking is b/c maybe a thin 40 weight might be applicable to what you're trying to achieve

Not likely anywhere near the thickest if the Maxlife 5W-30 is anything to go by. It's the lightest 5W-30 oil I know of with a HTHS vis of only 2.9 cP, the absolute minimum for a 30wt oil.

M1 HM is 11.8 Cst on the data sheet ... in the bottle you bought ... ?? This is a stupendous Spring >> Fall oil. I just hope the datsheet is right.
