What hourly rate does your industry charge?

In the uninsured, cash only, small tractor work industry I charge $40/hr to do stuff like mow my neighbors trails, move rocks around.

The full cost of the tractor is probably $10-15/hr, but its stuff I do for fun anyways.

Come on guys, someone has to be able to beat collision repair? I guess babysitting pays less

Looks like Mr Nice is top dog with $600/hr working on high-end medical equipment.

No offense, but I won't even quote an hourly rate. Total job pricing only.

We recently completed 1750 dollars worth of marble polishing in 4.5 hours. Client is ecstatic, check is in the bank...

Hospitals have deep pockets and can afford the $600/hr that was agreed between both corporate offices. Without functioning D.I. equipment the hospital would shut down.

I love customers like that. The ones that just ask "how much and how soon" and pay when the bill comes.

We give free quotes AND a demonstration so that everything is disclosed prior to any money changing hands. That way there are rarely any problems...
