what happened to Luboron?

As we all know, Boron is a legitimate AW/EP additive:

and it was initially championed by Luboron backed by Argonne National Laboratories 10 years ago or so. Now their website is dead. Did they go out of business?

I'm a good googler but can't find a squat.
