Wife's truck, 05 Ford Freestyle, has 80k on it. I usually use either PP or M1 with a M1 filter depending on what is on sale. change every 5k to 7500k. Doesnt burn oil, no real issues, all highway miles, Should i switch to a HM oil or would it do nothing?

The only suggestion I would add is to stick to one oil (either PP or Mobil 1 will work). But that's not urgent; more of an "if you want the best possible results" kind of thing. Other than that, if there are no problems, keep doing what you're doing.

The HM oil (and esp their 75,001) is marketing for the most part.
No need to run it in a engine that has seen normal use and oil changes. I've never used HM oil and taken many a engine well past 200,000 upwards.

It'd do nothing.
HM oils generally have seal conditioners to stop seeping.
I believe this function would prevent leaks.
