I just finished up the Dark Tower series and going to get back to A Song of Ice and Fire's last book A Feast for Crows (about 1/2way through). I was hoping the next book in the series would be out by now so I could jump to that next, but I not sure he's gonna live long enough to finish the rest of the story.

Just curious to see what others are reading.

(Also, just realized I didn't search for this topic, if it has been done recently I apologize)

With Reagan- Ed Meese
Road to Serfdom- F.A. Hayek (10th time re-reading)
Helmet for My Pillow- Bob Lecky
Human Action- Ludwig Von Mises

My list for the next month or so.

Dark rivers of the heart- Dean Koontz. An older book of his that I missed reading somehow. Any other Dean Koontz fans out there?

'Why we suck',by Dr.Denis Leary (yes the comedian). This is the guys',guybook of all time ,hillarious to say the least. The next Woman I date will be issued a copy .It would go like this.....Her:"ok,like, tellmeaboutyourself,(no break or pause, just ran together syllables)ya know ,like ,about you ya know "....Me: "Here, read this book... call me in a week"
THATS IT FOLKS ,thats all there is to it.
and 'Physics of the impossible' ,a scientific exploration into the world of phasers, force fields, teleportation, and time travel,by Michio Kaku.

I like books in the Alfred B. Sloan Technical series. Read "City of Light" a while back, history of fiber optics, very, very good and easy read for a technical history book. I highly recommend it. Recently read "Computer: A History of the Information Machine", also a good book that I highly recommend. Generally I like technical history books with the ocassional techno catastrophy type (Chernoble, Titanic, Challenger, etc.) book thrown in.

Both are great.
Is 'End Time Events' fiction or N/F?
I'm into the paranormal ancient cosmic structure thing.

I've read most of his books.. my favorite authors are Stephen King and Dean Koontz. Think I've read most of his books anyways I thought that with King's books also. A trip to the library proved me wrong.

Currently Reading:
Cujo - Stephen King
(next) Star Trek Reap the Whrilwind

Born to Run and Triathlon 101 .. night reading same time

Down The Highway, The Life of Bob Dylan, by Howard Sounes.

Just finished Raisin Cain, The Wild and Raucous Life of Johnny Winter.

Magazine: Reminiscence

Book(s): Black Like Me (excellent book so far), Mien Kampf(I don't like his views but I was always curious on what he wrote).

You re-read a book? You are definitely a book worm.

My fav. books that I have read more than 5 times:

1) The Razor's Edge
2) Of Human Bondage
3) The Moon and the sixpence.

All 3 by Somerset Maugham. Genius.
