Oakville real estate was very good to me! My ex wife and I bought a new house near Dundas and Sixth Line. We paid 1.1 million in 2016 (pre construction), moved into it in 2018, then sold it in 2021 for 1.8 million! It’s too bad we couldn’t have held off for one more year, because in 2022 it would have sold for 2 million easy. But we still did well 😎

Oakville real estate is on fire. Has been.

Family has a townhouse on Dundas as well, by the hospital (was there before the hospital was built). The selling prices are crazy.

Interesting to see what the future holds with the upcoming election and future in general.
