Today I’m listening to all of the early Metallica albums in order. I have already listened to Kill ‘Em All and Ride The Lightning and I’m almost done Master of Puppets. Then it’s on to my all time favorite, And Justice For All. Metallica has been my favorite band ever since 1986. I got into them just a couple of months before Master of Puppets came out. Back then I had a metal band with my best friends and we played mostly Metallica (I started playing guitar at age 14 and still play 41 years later) 
I have seen Metallica in concert three times (1986, 1989 and 1990) I am definitely overdue for seeing them again!

I saw Triumph in Toronto in 1987 at Maple Leaf Gardens and it was a great show! My girlfriend at the time and myself managed to sneak past security backstage and found a room where the drummer Gil Moore was still hanging around and we met him and got his autograph. Turns out he lived in the same city as us at the time (Mississauga)

That’s awesome! I was born in Mississauga General Hospital (Hurontario and the Queensway) Lived in Streetsville from 1969-1976, then in Meadowvale from 1976-1999, then bought a new townhouse near Meadowvale Village, then Erin Mills for about an year and then moved to Oakville in 2012.
That’s Trillium now isn’t it? Saved my uncles life when he had a heart attack.
Nice. Streetsville is pricy now and the Vale is still the Vale, albeit, a major change in demographics.
Sweet. Been in Mississauga my whole life, recently moved out to Vaughan after getting married. I was actually in Sauga today, went to twin fish, try it out if you like Thai food.
My mom’s family immigrated to Oakville in the 70s. Went to Blakelock as well. Have many aunts and uncles that live in Oakville, some off Rebecca, others in the Glen Abbey area. Great area but the construction at Dundas is killer…. Oakville lost its “little” charm over the decades but that’s urban sprawl for you.
God. I remember when my dad could’ve bough a house in Oakville for $300 grand, skipped on it, same house went for $2.xx million not too long ago.
