this is beyond incredible. she managed to swing like Alex through the entire song. i have seen many world class famous drummers fail at covering Van Halen songs. they are unable to replicate Alex swinging feel.

Big bands and big record company's "can" get upset. But I assume the owners of this site would get a cease and desist order "when " it is an issue. Most want the air play, so you buy the album or song on your favorite music selling site.

I know my favorite band The Liliac Band, is 100% independent. They do EVERYTHING on their own including filming all their videos. It is all cut and edited by the band members and their dad is the a music engineer by trade and is the cameraman in most videos. The guitarist Sam is the video editor. I know they want everyone to watch their videos and allow "full use " at least for Youtube and any use to play on any site with no issues on copyright. In fact I just listened to their latest original 5 minutes ago.

I like it...the story reminds me of my favorite rapper...he is unsigned, and he and his girlfriend produce all their videos.


Warning I guess...he uses the "P" word to describe male genitals, but in the proper context, not derogatory, and not sexual.

Not listening to music per se but here's a cool interview by Rick Beato (music/guitar Youtuber) with Jerry Cantrell of Alice in Chains, maybe my favorite musician. My first CDs were Facelift and Dirt way back when.

Far from my normal genres, but this song always makes me stop and listen. I don't know how many know the original version music video, but it was very sexy...this is the first remake that captures that passion.
