I was walking Cuddles, and a mile down the road a one-man-band was playing and singing Get Down in the yard. I kid you not, at the line Don't matter if the wolves start calling, Cuddles let out a bone-chilling howl and the band stopped playing. Bad dog!

Anyone notice that every song is a YouTube video in this thread? So much for “trademark” and “copyright” stuff 
Big bands and big record company's "can" get upset. But I assume the owners of this site would get a cease and desist order "when " it is an issue. I know my favorite band The Liliac Band, is 100% independent. They do EVERYTHING on their own including filming all their videos. It is all cut and edited by the band members and their dad is the a music engineer by trade and is the cameraman in most videos. The guitarist Sam is the video editor. I know they want everyone to watch their videos and allow "full use " at least for Youtube and any use to play on any site with no issues on copyright. In fact I just listened to their latest original 5 minutes ago.

If posting links to things like YoueTube videos or any other internet page that the whole public can see on the internet was "copyright infringement" (which it's not), then you might as well shutdown the whole internet.
A copyright infringement of a band's song, or their song In a YouTube video would be a copyright infringement if some used that song as background music in their videos, or for any other use like that without permission.
