Lots of folks thought the A.B.B. would collapse when they lost the "bird man" Duane Allman. If a person pays close attention to the playing at the 0:200 mark they will see how and why they barley missed a beat. The great Dickey Betts was the spark plug until booze and drugs got him fired. He is a cleaned up old man now. Had the pleasure a number of years back to see him and his son Duane Betts band. They were amazing playing together. Still the original A.B.B. ruled for me in the 70s. Saw them too many times to count. This takes me back to high school years.
