Today is Neil Peart's birthday. He would have been 69 years old today. Even though he retired in 2015 his loss is still a great tragedy to the music world. I am sorry he is gone.
His work here with the snare at 5:20 is just incredible, especially so with a matched grip. Un-believable.

Love The Hate - Solid Ground. The drummer is an old high school buddy of mine. They finally got their breakthrough with this song. #21 on the rock billboard.
