Moving to this thread, since we're discussing other music, if you are not familiar with Mudvayne they deserve a listen. Incredibly heavy, about as heavy as I can tolerate. Very entertaining and surprisingly have a number of very good songs, probably 5 or so worthy of adding to a workout playlist. I saw them in 2002, having never heard of them, and they left a positive impression. They look like the creatures of a nightmare, but their music is super energized with adrenaline, great for working out at the gym. If you haven't heard them, give this song a listen. Lyrics are provided.

Ozzy - top favorite of mine especially this era. Pure genius. Sad about Rhoads.

Here's one of my absolute favorite songs and videos of Ozzy, and there are a LOT of course. Hard to pick any favorite but this is just such fun, excellent energized Ozzy and one of my favorite Ozzy songs. Over the Mountain in full live glory!

Amusingly, I was introduced to Mudvayne through the movie "Ghost Ship" that had "Not Fallen" as one of the main tracks.

My nightly isochronic library for all kinds of things. I hate headphones so no binaural beats.

This band is from New York. They had an album out in 2016 and their sound seems to have matured a lot since then. There is a very strong Steve Clark/Def Leppard influence in this band. I don't know who Dorothy is but she does a great job in this single. I listened to a little of her on Spotify, seems a lot like Sass Jordan/Samantha Fish, which is not really my thing. This is a great rock song and I hope to hear more from the band real soon.
