While in London I had some amazing fish and chips at Two Chairmen and passed by Salt Baes restaurant while walking the streets and said might as well try it. Could I grill a better Tomahawk ribeye back home? Yes. But since I was on vacation with the family and who knows when and if I'll be back to London I was all in.
We are drinking a Sardinian sparkling wine, pretty good.
We will have lamb shoulder chops with braised Belgian endive for dinner.
I recommend this if you haven't tried Belgian endive. Really good cooked, tastes a little like artichokes.
Forgot to snap a pic.
