This steer is/was well marbled and the ribs are expected to be pretty fatty. These were around 15-17mm thick- way too thick. But I got some good fusion marinade for them to bathe in and did them hot but indirect on the grill. Good meat was had!

I ate an enormous bowl of hot then cooled oatmeal made with 2% A2 milk added butter, cream, fresh tayberries and boysenberries and almonds with cream on top.
Do you weigh out your dry oatmeal

It's funny you mentioned this we had some come over that purchased does that are milking now. They all say the milk don't have that clean taste actually our milk taste like nothing but clean rich milk.
They say they have that goaty taste my MIL is changing the grain bill to what she feeds 9 out of 10 times that is the issue.

No I never took offense to it its just been a discussion we have been having at home in last two weeks.
I so wish I could ship you some raw milk I believe you'd say no way. I personally don't drink alot of it but every time I do i say why am I not drinking this daily.
