What are you eating right now?

Coworker (and good friend) and I grilled venison backstrap, asparagus, and garlic scapes. First time on the garlic for me. Yummy!!!!!

What kind of stuff is in your ground meat? Always some kind of chunks.
Beef.
Ground chuck and sirloin.
They're made in store for for my wife as she shops.
I'll clean my phone's camera lens I'm not sure what you're seeing. They're seasoned and delicious🤷‍♂️

Unknown vegetative material
Proprietary burger blend.
For a guy that eats liver I'm surprised you're so easily put off by a course outer seasoning.
I'm a true crime guy, liver has always reminded me of what a multiple homicide room smells like.

Can't get around that. Too much mineral...

Who says I was “put off”? I was curious though. If it is tasty to you then go for it!

I am indeed not a fan of adulteration of otherwise good ground beef for burgers. Meatloaf is a different story- load it up. I’ve used greens. Broccoli. Carrots and lots of herbs and known plant material hahaha 😂

As for liver - wait- I’ve been married 40.5 years and never ate liver until now during that time. And I never had it during my teen and bachelor years- that puts me in the 1960s since my mom made it.

It was fresh. Rinsed it. No real smell and it tasted fine with herbs and such

Fair enough.
I don't like plain anything.
Everything has to have something.
