Pork steak, superfood slaw and a little rice.
The Amish Bakery and Grocery had fresh locally grown tomatoes the other day. They were a dark garden red, not hot house red. Folks its been warm here since Early March.
LOve me some medium thick pork steaks. Slow smoked after searing with Gates Original BBQ sauce.

That pasta looks like a solid comfort meal. I just finished a bowl of leftover chicken curry from yesterday's dinner. If you want to elevate that noodle dish next time, just grate some fresh pecorino and toss a bit of the starchy pasta water back in to smooth out the sauce.
