Over 100 and 115/68

On hard to medium exertion days I add pink and other salts to my potassium and magnesium citrate water. Both Na and Cl ion are essential. I don’t eat enough junk food to get the NaCl.
At 68 you have the GFR of a 25yr old. Very Impressive.
The BP indicates you're looser than creamed corn as well.

How much creatinine you are making with age and gender and race factors. It makes some sense but there are other factors

My eGFR a wk ago was 75 and 75 last Feb. I read where this is the average for a 70 yr old, I'm 69. LabCorp reference range says >59.
My creatinine last wk was 1.09 and 1.08 last Feb. Reference range is .76 to 1.27.
 
There was about a 10yr span where I forced my kidneys to process a lot of protein byproduct waste. Bodybuilding diets are not kind to the body, there's nothing healthy about it actually.

Kidney health is at the very top of the list for me these days.
 
I think my last GFR test was an 89.
I'm 14yrs younger than you so 100 is pretty incredible.
I wouldn't change a thing in whatever you're doing 💯💢💥💫%👍👌

Hydration clean foods low in oxalates, lots of citrates. Yeah I pee more than my dogs!

Too much protein without fats is a problem as well. Forces the protein path too hard so with lean meat EVOO
 
In the 90's between April and August it was Cod/Halibut/Snapper-ground beef/chicken breast, egg whites, and isolate shakes.

An ounce or two of MCT oil at bedtime, then an hour of cardio on black coffee the next morning.Very effective for getting peeled, didn't always feel top flight though.

Just eating two bowls of greens with good dressing would have helped in my unprofessional opinion
