What are you eating right now?

Over 100 and 115/68

On hard to medium exertion days I add pink and other salts to my potassium and magnesium citrate water. Both Na and Cl ion are essential. I don’t eat enough junk food to get the NaCl.
At 68 you have the GFR of a 25yr old. Very Impressive.
The BP indicates you're looser than creamed corn as well.
