First I ate a chicken thigh, donated by the wife. In case I ran out of juice while cooking, you know, bonked.
This AM I steaked out a 4.72 picanha in 8 steaks, this was the tougher angled first cut, the meat was delicious
Then arugula salad, chopped, with anchovies, pickle juice, spices, green tabasco and EVOO
Then lettuce from garden as well with pumpkin seeds, almonds, ACV/Huckleberry Balsamic, EVOO

I've had the meat sauce style Texas stuff, no tomato/no beans. It's good, great on hotdogs but I need something more substantial. Plus I'm a beaner, I love them and they're well tolerated. I have the full gamut in that pot-refried pinto's, red and white kidneys, and black. Had some frozen chopped kale on hand so in it went, weird thing to say but I find it lends a porky kind of flavour when it cooks out for a few hours.
