Good beef only needs salt and pepper and that's a maybe on pepper.
I want the beef flavor to be the star of the show.

I recently began searing with a good rub of EVOO and then finish it with sea salt as it rests.
Price of beef is ridiculous eating less n less on principle. When your paying $8 pound on chuck steak something is horribly wrong
Right it's same principle I use for not eating out it's ridiculous last time I've had a fast food burger might be 3 years ago.

I took my ex wife out for lunch for her birthday and she got lobster Mac and cheese and I had butter chicken
