Guacamole. No pictures. I don't want to upset anyone's stomach. I've been lucky lately. I've learned to select avacodos that are ready to eat instead of overripe. However, sometimes the markets (all of them, from low-end Kroeger and to high-end Whole Foods) freeze the avocados somewhere during the shipping-storage process, which pretty much ruins them. Today, things did not work out.

I tend to buy the brightest green avocados I can and let them ripen sitting on the counter. Once they start getting soft, they go into the refrigerator to extend their life until I can get to them.

As for what I'm eating right now, wasabi peas while I wrap up another round of running rates and data analysis for work. I used to get them when Big Lots! was still around but I've switched to Menards for my stash now. SKU 573-8644 should anyone wish to authenticate the veracity of my statement. And, darn it, it looks like it's not a standard item...the local stores are all out.

Man that's a treat from my childhood. I'll still make fishstick and tartar sauce sandwiches about once a year. Sometimes crunchy tatertots are so much better than fries.

I can’t do tartar sauce but that does sound good. I am a big fan of tater tots. It brings me back to my school lunch days lol of tater tots and either fish sticks or whatever entree they had that day with the tater tots.

The ingredients list malitol, sucralose and isomalt. The nutritional panel also says 0.2g of sorbitol.
I only ate one, not because of the carbs but because I didn’t want to risk exploding my guts.
