Lunch today was a teriyaki pork katsu chicken bowl that I shared with my wife.
The description from the advert -
“A deep-fried crispy chicken bowl loaded with:
Hot chips
Sticky teriyaki-glazed smoked pork belly burnt ends
Sesame and spring onion
Finished with a shard of crunchy pork crackling
Flavours like you’ve never had in a bowl you can actually eat.
Serves 1-2 people.“
My wife and I are 2 people and we couldn’t eat all of it. It was so filling that we are not having dinner and I will be doing an extended fast, probably 28hrs.

Easy peasy.
Dinner tonight was curry - coconut milk, aroy-d green curry paste, onion, cauliflower, fish sauce and pork loin. I put mine on top of a bowl of green beans along with a 1/4 cup of the Jasmine rice everyone else had.
Had black coffee this morning but I only ended up doing a 24hr fast. Lunch was the leftover chicken bowl and salad greens.
