What are you eating right now?

Nothing. I take Ozempic (for type 2 diabetes) and it suppresses appetite. I had a corn muffin for breakfast, a 370 calorie lunch, ans at 6:40pm am really not hungry. I'll eat something later. I have lost about 12 percent of my body weight over the last year without trying.

And my A1C has fallen from almost 8 to 5.8.

Any problems staying awake on that stuff?

Already ate a head of raw cauliflower cooking the burgers

If you look at the back of a bottle of reputable brands of olive oil, including ones at Costco, you'll see a section that shows the country or countries of origin. If you see ones that list several countries, like Spain, Tunisia, Greece, Turkey, etc, then one can reasonably infer that the oil was not pressed soon after the olives were picked. When the olives from various sources are shipped to the processor/bottler before being combined, then some of the olives will be going off before they are pressed and there will be at least traces of rancidity.
Kirkland here in Canada offers 100% Italian EVOO or 100% from Spain 🇪🇸, in addition to blends. I'm biased, my family comes from southern Italy and have been where the olives actually come from; it's only 100% Italian EVOO for me 🇮🇹

Sleeping habits have not changed. Being in my late 70s, an afternoon nap has been part of my daily routine long before Ozempic.
Users I know fall asleep the instant they're sitting down and stopped using it for that and a host of other reasons.

You're lucky. Good for you🙂

I use the Spanish stuff for cooking. It’s decent. I drink the Italian oil.
I use this Tunisian stuff for cooking and drizzling. $10.97 per liter from Walmart is an excellent deal, it's pretty decent IMO for those purposes.
I drink stuff from 🇬🇷

My girlfriend and I went to The Keg for dinner, I had a teriyaki sirloin (medium rare) with a twice baked potato. She had a top sirloin and baked potato. For dessert I had a Billy Miner Pie. This is my favorite meal 😋🤩 I have probably eaten at The Keg over 200 times in the past 30 years 😃View attachment 322408View attachment 322409
Well played sir🥩🍮(y)😋
Try the filet next outing.
Good stuff.

Bacon Quiche

Basic recipe is an egg, half a cup of cheese, half a cup of milk, two strips bacon, and a pinch of black pepper…

Deep dish pie crust, multiply by three, standard pie crust times two…

I have tried every single steak that The Keg offers and they are all amazing! The filet mignon is incredible but with that you get a smaller steak at a higher price. For me the teriyaki sirloin has been the one I get the most because of it’s price vs size vs flavor ratio being perfect 😃
