Do you have something closer to what is real time for the source of the various olive oils at Costco?
If you look at the back of a bottle of reputable brands of olive oil, including ones at Costco, you'll see a section that shows the country or countries of origin. If you see ones that list several countries, like Spain, Tunisia, Greece, Turkey, etc, then one can reasonably infer that the oil was not pressed soon after the olives were picked. When the olives from various sources are shipped to the processor/bottler before being combined, then some of the olives will be going off before they are pressed and there will be at least traces of rancidity.

Getting a head start on Super Bowl chili.
I'll freeze it off when it cools. Not sure why but its always better than right off the stove on the reheat from frozen.
Plus no cooking on game day.
GO 'HAWKS🦅💪💪!!!!
I garnish with creamed corn, cilantro, chopped tomato, and aged cheddar. And of course the Black Label🌶🌡

That looks like a yuge bowl. It's Ironic, but my LARGE Salad bowls look tiny in my pics.............

Today OMAD. Salad and four eggs scrambled in EVOO with Parmesan, oregano and aglio olio.

I could tell instantly those eggs were riddled with cheese just from the texture. Perfectly cooked💰👌
That salad looks money too😋😛

Have you ever been to the Oliv tasting room in downtown NOTL? They have the most amount of different flavors of olive oil that I have ever seen!
I have not, but have been to something similar I imagine. Is it an establishment that has glass/metal containers lined up along the walls with spigots for tasting? If so, then yes. The place I visited also had flavoured vinegars.

That sounds like it. Last year I gave a foodie tour to some high school students at a few different places in NOTL and that was one of our stops. The students really enjoyed that place, who knew that olive oil could have dozens of different flavors??
