What are you eating right now?

crab from the neighbor (went crabbing gave us two LARGE dungenous)
Gulf shrimp (frozen, USA, not bad HUGE)
coho salmon left over

Whipped up six eggs, cream, EVOO, herbs and spices (I think Koreans use some potato or other flour and kimchi, spring onions and such)

I ate half. Burp.
We cheat and use a mix with bags of frozen seafood mix at the Korean store. The pancake mix is mostly rice flour. The seafood mix bags have cut crab, shrimp, mussels, clams, and squid. Throw in some spring onion. They come out just like the restaurants.
Forgot, kimchi ones are good to, but seafood is more better IMO.

Never even heard of Greek yogurt mustard. Odd combo
One of my favorite “dressings” I’d put on my salad at the cafeteria at work before getting banned to telework was cottage cheese and banana peppers. Cottage cheese for creaminess and banana peppers for pop. Sounds like an odd combo at first, but man is it good. Mouth is watering thinking about it lol

They put Old Bay on pizza, burgers, chips, chicken, sushi, hotdogs, soup, french fries, tacos, and anything else you would eat here in the state of Maryland.
My sister and her husband used to live in Mechanicsville and we would visit. I would always joke about the seasoning for any place we would eat being Old Bay. I didn’t care, I love the stuff!

Did you eat crabs at Captain Leonard's or one of the other old rundown places?
