Gluten free Panko tastes like artificially un-flavored styrofoam bits.

Just got back from Thanksgiving 2.0 at the inlaw's. I mostly stuck to turkey with gravy on top, a little salad (had a sugary dressing) and a roasted onion dish. No pie for me.
