@53' Stude, you once commented on a previous photo that I was "living high on the hog". My wife or I now say it whenever dining out somewhere fancy. :ROFLMAO:

I made stuffing yesterday. I made it with a pound of hot Italian sausage and a loaf of low carb, gluten free "keto" bread. I normally don't eat weird stuff like that but it was something all of the various diet restricted eaters could tolerate.

The gravy was giblet and neck broth and pan drippings thickened with corn starch and rice flour. It isn't as good as with a flour based roux but again, something my allergic daughter can eat

Might figure on some lower carb gravy thickener or just go higher viscosity base oil!
