What are you eating right now?

No pics, but just ate leftover saag paneer that I added chopped up Costco rotisserie chicken to. The flavor and visuals of saag have never been my favorite but the wife offered me her take-home leftovers. It looks too close to something you'd wipe off a baby's... err, you get the idea.

I had left over bolonaise sauce and several Chinese eggplants in the fridge so I made a short of rustic eggplant parm for dinner. Also put in shiitake mushrooms and scallions. I didn't have quite as much parmesan cheese as I wanted so stretched it out with medium cheddar.

Gotta do something about the lights in my kitchen someday.
 
I had a Wendy's croissant combo and it was great 👍
I never thought about it but I got another free croissant with points and they charge you tax on the freebies too...not complaining but never thought about it...
