Finished up some scrambled farm eggs.

We have been busy the last few days so I have been busy making casseroles for lunch and supper.

Have made mac and cheese, beef noodle bake and combined the best of both to make a bastardized Tatertot casserole. It actually was really good!

No picture because, well, they aren't picture worthy. I have been making a point of using our ground beef. The stuff is good and we have lots.
 
Cooking authentic brown cajun jambalaya on the kitchen stove. I used to do this in giant 30 gallon black iron pots for fairs and festivals or parties. Can't move those big iron ones anymore. I turned my pots and burner set ups to my youngest son who is an Executive Chef and a college cooking school teacher at times.
