I sadly had to start wearing jeans again. The mornings here are closer to the freezing point and the warmest it’s getting to in the afternoon is only about 55. If we get above 60 I’ll break out the shorts in the afternoon otherwise it’s jeans from now on until next spring (or if I’m lucky enough to travel somewhere warm for a week or two in the winter)

I prefer my cannelloni either stuffed with meat or cheese and topped with tomato sauce. A little pecorino sprinkled on top wouldn't hurt either.
