Wife made chicken thighs, potatoes,green beans and mushrooms with onions. Today is our wedding anniversary 37 years and we're still chugging along getting along just great. This Saturday I reserved a table at a Italian restaurant Bamontes in Williamsburg Brooklyn established in 1900 it was actually my grandfather's social club before it became a restaurant.

Had some frozen fish but didn't have much time to cook it. So made fish curry, 0 minutes prep and 15 minutes of cook time.
Melt a stick of butter in a pan. Bloom a tablespoon of curry powder and a tablespoon of hot red pepper powder for a minute or so. Pour a can of tomato sauce, put the fish in the tomato sauce and bring to a boil. Add a can of coconut cream and simmer for 10 minutes.
Best eaten reheated after a few hours of sitting to cool.
