Trying my hand at home made fries. Just hand cut them, currently soaking in cold salt water. I will par boil, dry them and chill in the freezer as i heat up the oil. We shall see....

Not sure about the par boil but should work!

But similarly I will air fry them once cool then air fry again

I missed that, we had the game on the TV during our dinner but I still managed to miss a lot of stuff. To be honest I had a hard time watching the game after we were down 6-3. I didn’t even bother to watch the 9th inning at all, I’d had more than enough punishment

I just did the same thing, but because I had a gift certificate to a BBQ restaurant rather than becoming rich or taking excess vitamins.
I had beef brisket, my wife had beef ribs.

B complex makes you eat even in very safe infrequent doses
