Venison bolognese with gnocchi.
About USD$0.97 per serve. Picture is from when I ate it last night for dinner, but today’s lunch looked very similar.

Made a little Traeger chicken last night, along with homemade gravy and mashed potatoes. As usual it was really good.

I started using the fresh Belgian baking potatoes for this. They were quite good I must say. The plants themselves produced very well. Each one put out over half a milk crate worth and good size to boot.
