What are you eating right now?

My sister in law gave me some huge yellow summer squash. The skins are kind of thick so I stewed them in a Thai-ish green curry soup along with potatoes and mushrooms.

I had found a nice cross rib roast in the freezer so she got a dry sea salt brine over night. Was milling the idea of a pot roast or pulled beef. Well the latter won out. A couple hours on the smoker and finished in the crock pot. Turned out phenomenal! No pictures though.
