True but I also find that if I go beyond 17 hours I feel a little bit “off” and often feel dizzy. That’s why 16 or 17 hours is my usual max.
High carb dinner. Tamarind fried rice. Kinda Pad Thai style... with poached chicken breast on top.

No free granola slice today, I had it on Monday but I think I was in an area where I couldn’t take a dashboard pic.
At time of pic weather was about 50°f with 25mph winds. Started raining a while after.

I started my day with a kale smoothie and Life cereal. I am now down to a new low weight of 161.6 pounds, which is a 34.3 pound weight loss this year

My doc chewed my erse when my numbers went wrong direction. I said it was because sedentary from surgery. She said all diet

My step average for 2025 is now over 17,000 per day. Over the last two months I’ve been doing between 20,000 to 33,000 steps pretty much every day. I’m not looking forward to the season ending here, it’s been a lot of fun
