I’m having dinner number one

I did up a few chicken breasts on cast iron, cooked over charcoal. Then direct heat with a bit of teriyaki sauce to finish them. These will be cut up later for wraps or in salad. Then reheated some steak over the dying embers.

Nothing fancy but planning to do ribs and a mix of garden veggies on Monday. The carrots, potatoes and celery are pretty good.

I do love Oreo Cookies but I just can't seem to buy them anymore since I found out they are all made in Salinas Mexico now.

Last time I looked at Oreos in Australia most of them were made in Indonesia, Bahrain and Egypt. Only one of the weird flavours was made locally.

I had a very busy day at the falls, I only had 5 minutes in between my tours so I downed a handful of peanuts at 12:55 and that’s it until the pizza. Now I’m waiting for my girlfriend to get ready to go out for dinner. We’re going to a restaurant called the Cat’s Caboose
