No scenic views today as I had to take a day off of work because I am a renter. It was the government mandatory gas appliance safety check in the morning, and in the afternoon it was the real estate agent doing the 6 monthly property condition inspection.

I just had chicken strips with honey mustard from Wendy’s, along with strawberry lemonade 
Avocado stuffed with smoked salmon dip.

They also do a full electrical safety inspection every 2 years and smoke alarm inspection every 12 months.
The smoke alarm is the most annoying because all they do is replace the battery and then spray it to make sure it activates.
