I drank a 10 oz bottle of Glucerna, and ate a few cashew nuts. I take Ozenpic, which reduces your hunger, so that was dinner.

Ozempic is amazing for diabetics. It has reduced my A1C from 8.0 to under 6

Grilled up some cheeseburgers in between rain drops this evening. Fresh tomatoes and home made fries.

2 hours ago grilled a beautiful Milkhouse Meat ribeye

Had 2 scrambled eggs. Seasoned with pink Himalayan salt and fresh black pepper. Ice water and some bone broth

This will be lunch and possible dinner. Brisket, steak and lean ground beef. Milkhouse Meats quality. 3 egg omelette.
