We met my brother and sister in law for Thai food. I have rarely ever been so disappointed in a Thai dish. I ordered a yellow curried noodle dish that was not very flavorful at all. It tasted like the sauce was just a little fish and oyster sauce mixed together without spices.

The papaya salad was pretty good, to be fair

Thai fake food has really gone in the toilet. Sure there are a couple decent restaurants scattered around but nothing holds a candle to the first wave restaurants in the 1980s. Especially in OC California

You guys have a lot of great food and snacks that we can’t get up here. I’m especially bummed that my favorite cereal stopped being sold up here a few years ago (Great Grains) When I go to the US I always pick up Starburst Jellybeans and Frito Lay Twists

So it turns out that the special offer was $2 off a Baconator. That’s not as good of a deal as the stack of coupons I have which are for $5 off a Baconator
