What are you eating right now?

I’m having my morning McDonald’s iced coffee. I haven’t updated my weight loss progress in a month because I have been basically maintaining in the 164-166 range, with my busy schedule at Niagara Falls I can’t do as many 17 hour fasts as before. But this morning I saw a new low of 163.9, that’s down a total of exactly 32 pounds. I’m pretty close to my goal weight anyway, I’m aiming for the 155-159 range, which I can probably achieve by the end of the summer to early fall.
