So, I have started weight watchers. I need to lose about 15 pounds for hernia surgery (it's bad......) Plus, want to lose more than that. I'm 57 and have more belly fat than I would like (I don't drink, just a foodie...)

Started walking, at night, this heat and humidity is ugh. May start using the spin bike.

Back on topic, my wife got 7 eggs, mixed them up, added jalapeno, re pepper, green pepper, a little onion and a few small pieces of ham. Poured the contents into....muffin tins. Baked at 350 for 20 minutes. You can then re-heat them for a minute and 15 seconds. I eat two in the morning, only 2 weight watchers points, which is really too high, as it assumes 3oz of ham, but it's much less than that. Delicious. I'll add a picture: Mini muffin Omelette

Try fasting in the morning. Just eat the eggs things one hour later each day until you work it up to noon. Then finish all your eating before 6pm. Works for me.

Hernia surgery- mine became quite urgent I am surprised you can do that exercise. I’m 67 and the recovery is irritatingly slow! 5 weeks in and finally can do a 5 mile walk- just go easy. I walk a thin line on overdoing it !!
