Naturespath Honeyd corn flakes with dried prunes. With milk I made from adding water to evaperated milk. Ran out of milk. They taste like real corn flakes, as opposed to actual corn flakes. I tried the Naturespath heritage flakes the last time. They are good but very chewy until the milk soaks into them some. The heratage flakes have Quinoa in them.
I usually have eaten Bob's Red mill oatmeal/milk with a light sprinkling of brown sugar and some dried prunes. I have been getting the Quaker oats oatmeal at Costco the last to times. I also am drinking a big cup of coffee made from Costco whole beans. I buy the different ones they carry. I grind the whole bag at one time. It is regular leaded coffee. I just add some milk, and some sugar.
FYI the prunes don't seem to do what you would think they should. I seem to be impervious to them........
