I’m just about to break a 17 hour fast with my morning iced coffee and my weight is now down to 171.2, that’s almost 25 pounds that I have lost this year! I’m down from a size 34 waist to a 32 again.

My girlfriend and I met up with some out of town guests for dinner tonight and we took them to one of our favorite restaurants in Niagara on the Lake. We started off with the biggest nachos ever! I left room for some butter chicken

Even with 4 of us munching away on it we barely put a dent in it and ended up bringing 75% of it in a take away box
